Can’t login?

The most common issues encountered are that the username is lowercase and the password is case sensitive (both lower case and upper case).

For example:

Bob’s username must be like this. “bobsusername” not “Bobsusername”.

Bob’s password must be like this “BobsPassword487374” not “bobspassword487374”.
